On the afternoon of Tuesday (May 7th), magistrates from the District of Miracema took part in the workshop "The Role of Supervision and the Role of Leadership: behaviors that make up each concept in practice". Promoted by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), the event aimed to improve the behavioral skills of the participants, with a view to prevent illness, improve personal and work social relations, as well as boost personal satisfaction, a sense of cooperation, respect and identity with the work.
Evanuzia Luzia de Oliveira, who holds a master's degree in social psychology, taught the event and addressed a number of relevant topics, such as the role of team and/or life manager (current State and desired State), stimulating motivation and flexibility among participants, improving communication and interpersonal relations among its members. In addition, the practical concepts of the supervisory function and the leadership function were discussed, as well as the importance of emotional intelligence in actions and reactions, guidance on moral and sexual harassment, and the need for accessibility and inclusion in work environments.
