Between March 7th and 10th, 2024, the Seminar on "The New Directions of the Global Economy: Digital Transformation, Innovation and Economic Development" will be held at the Tivoli Ecoresort in the State of Bahia. The event is being promoted by the Permanent College of Directors of State Schools of the Magistracy (COPEDEM) in partnership with the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT). The event will be broadcast live on Copedem page on the YOUTUBE platform.
The event will be divided into eleven thematic panels, including those linked to the economy, sustainability and development. The Seminar will be attended by Marco Villas Boas, President of Copedem and General Director of Esmat; Minister Luiz Alberto Gurgel de Faria, of the Superior Court of Justice (STJ); and other authorities.
The panels will cover the following topics: THE RELEVANCE OF COLLECTIVE NEGOTIATION FOR LEGAL SECURITY; AI IN THE HEALTH SYSTEM; GOOD PRACTICES FOR THE PRESERVATION OF NATURAL RESOURCES; TRENDS AND INNOVATIONS IN THE INSURANCE MARKET; THE IMPORTANCE OF TECHNOLOGY FOR LOW CARBON TROPICAL AGRICULTURE etc.
The opening lecture will be given by Dr. Milton Burguese, Director of Computing for Latin America at GOOGLE, on the subject of "Applying new technologies - AI and Gemini".
