Esmat Holds A Round Table Discussion On Teleworking And Successful Experience With Health And Productivity

On Friday afternoon (October 20th), the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins held a virtual round table discussion on the Google Meet platform, with the aim of promoting reflection on the results of teleworking, both for the workers and for the managers involved, for their personal lives, health, quality of life and work routines, with a focus on civil servers and magistrates of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins.

The conversation focused on the regulation of teleworking provided for in the article 6 of the Consolidation of the Labor Laws (CLT), which eliminates the distinctions between work carried out at the place of work of the employer and that carried out at the home of the employee, done remotely, the latter of which requires the characterization of the assumptions of the employment relationship.

In addition, the aim was to make it clear to civil servers that teleworking can be seen from the perspective of a broader vision of remote working conditions. Topics such as social isolation, psychological and physical illness, harassment and relationships were aimed at promoting a more comprehensive understanding of the remote working environment.

The debate seeks to encourage the search for solutions to the challenges faced in this format of work, in order to guarantee the well-being of teleworkers and a better balance between professional and personal life.
