The seventh class of the Workshop on Competence Mapping and Workforce Sizing started its activities this Thursday (June 22nd). The event, whose target audience is servers and magistrates from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, counts on the presence of the learning facilitator Cezar Romeu de Almeida Quaresma.
Developed by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), the main objective of the workshop was to identify and map the specific competencies of each Administrative and Judicial unit of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, both in the first and second level. This initiative aims to boost the Project People Management by Competences, providing a better management of human resources in the Institution.
