The sixth class of the Workshop on Competence Mapping and Workforce Sizing ends its activities this Tuesday (June 20th). The training is aimed at servers and magistrates of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, in order to identify and map the specific skills of each administrative and judicial unit, in the first and second degrees, providing the achievement of the Project on People Management by Competencies.
The event, led by the facilitator Cezar Romeu de Almeida Quaresma, has a certification workload of 14 hours and was held in the Informatics Lab of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT).
