Magistrates and public servers from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins take part in a workshop focused on leadership development

The creation of new realities in the management of the Judiciary was the topic of debate, this Thursday (March 9th), during the "Innovation Workshop: Making Innovation Happens". Held by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), the event aims to train the managers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, in its various sectors, for leadership development, contributing to the achievement of the goals set by the institution for the 2023-2025 biennium.

With a workload of 16 hours, the Workshop continues until tomorrow (March 10th) for magistrates and servers who work in management positions at the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO). The action aims to help those registered in the process of preparing the new management from the real challenges of each area, presenting tools and guiding from the challenge to the solution proposal with a short and medium term work plan (immersion, ideation and work plan).

For the president of TJTO, Justice Maria Etelvina Felipe Sampaio, the event is an opportunity to improve the provision of jurisdiction. "Well, what we really want is to innovate. It is a goal of this administration, we want to tread new paths, new ideas, change some practices and the way we found is this, innovation", she explained.
