Continuing the activities of the “Legal Journey of Supplementary Health”, the Institute of Supplementary Health Studies (IESS) in conjunction with the Permanent College of Directors of State Schools of the Judiciary (COPEDEM), held, this Tuesday (29th), from 10 am, the meeting, with the theme The technical process of incorporating new technologies in health. The online event has an exclusive lecture by Minister Luis Felipe Salomão, of the Superior Justice Court (STJ), and will be broadcast on the website and channel of the Institute of Supplementary Health Studies on YouTube and on the Legal Adviser channel (Conjur).
At the event, the Brazilian model for incorporating new technologies in health will be discussed, considering the processes of the National Commission for the Incorporation of Technologies in SUS (CONITEC), and the formation of the List of Procedures and Events in Health, defined by the National Supplementary Health Agency Supplementary (ANS).
In addition to the lecture by Minister Luis Felipe Salomão, the event will include the participation of Clarice Petramale, an infectious disease physician, former president of Conitec; and Helton Freitas, president of Unimed Insurances. The meeting will be mediated by Judge Carlos Vieira von Adamek, from São Paulo Justice Court.
