This Wednesday (23rd), from 10 am, the webinar Legal Day of Supplementary Health Studies (IESS) in conjunction with the Permanent College of Directors of State Schools of the Judiciary (COPEDEM) and has the Legal Consultant platform (CONJUR) as its media partner. The meeting will be broadcast on Conjur and IESS channels on Youtube and Facebook.
The first meeting, which opens the Journey series, will deal with the theme Economic and actuarial balance and sustainability of the collective contract and will have as speaker the minister, Ricardo Villas Bôas Cueva, of the Superior Justice Court.
On the occasion, the minister’s lecture will present a view on the aspects to be analyzed for the preservation of the balance of the contract and which risk factors to be considered for their sustainability, as well as obligations of contractors and health plan operators. It will also deal with legal analyzes and factors considered to be controversial, and how the judiciary has been behaving in this field.
The jurist, Dr. Guilherme Valdetaro Mathias, from Bermudes Lawyers, and Mr. Reinaldo Scheibe, president of the Brazilian Association of Health Plans (ABRAMGE), also participated in the debate.
