With the proposal of sensitizing servers and magistrates of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins regarding the improvement of the need for quality of life from the recognition of human emotions, considering that the social distancing and the pandemic condition brought a conflicting situation to everyone, the Directorate of People Management (DIGEP) of the Court of Justice of Tocantins (TJTO) in partnership with the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) will hold, on April 23rd, the virtual lecture “A special attention to our emotions” given by the master in Social Psychology, psychologist Evanuzia Luzia de Oliveira.
Two thousand vacancies are being offered, and the Event will take place from 2 to 4 pm. The Lecture was identified as pertinent due to the constant need for better attention and precision with which a person perceives or identifies the emotions he feels and picks up from people and situations around him, as well as recognizing the expression of each one.
Servers and magistrates from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, professionals from the various areas of activity, and servers from Esmat's partner agencies can participate. The registration will be made via web, through the Portal, and the transmission will be in EaD modality, with exhibition via intranet, through the Esmat's Virtual Learning Environment and YouTube Platform.
About the Speaker: Evanuzia Luzia de Oliveira – Master in Social Psychology. Post-Graduated in People Management, by UFRJ. Graduated in Psychology, by Catholic of Goiás. Trained in Coaching: Life Coaching, Executive Coaching and Master Coaching. She worked in the following companies: Ortobom Mastresses, Listel Publishing, CDL GO and DF, IESB College, BRT Accounts. In these companies, she developed recruitment and selection activities. Elaboration and implementation of training projects in the areas of leadership development, sales, among others. She was a teacher, for two years, at the Catholic University of Goiás, as an invited guest. She is a professor of organizational area subjects at the Post-Graduation course at JK College. She has given more than 10 thousand hours of training in the behavioral area in general. She has given more than 50 Life Coaching classes. She has worked as individual coaching, for groups and executives.
