Next Monday (May 31st), the 52nd edition of the Meeting of the Permanent College of Directors of State Schools of the Judges (COPEDEM) will take place. Due to the health restrictions of the pandemic, the activities will be held, again, remotely.
The organization and transmission of the event are the responsibility of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), with transmission through Copedem's page on the YouTube platform.
The theme of the event is Human Rights and Digital Law - Digital inclusion and the use of new technologies and artificial intelligence in the Judiciary. The event will feature lectures by magistrates and professors from various national and international institutions.
Among the topics that will be discussed at the Meeting are: The theory of law, the Digital Age, and the Post-Human; The 2020-2030 agenda and the Judiciary; Artificial Intelligence in the Judiciary and Human Rights; Digital Law.
