Aiming to train magistrates, male and female members of the criminal justice system, the Support Network for People Exiting the Criminal System, other professionals, and civil society, as well as to publicize the services provided to the public served by the social office, to strengthen the Care Policy for People Exiting, Pre-Egresses, and Families, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins will hold the First State Seminar on the Policy for Care of People Egressed from the Criminal System on September 16th, 2021.
There are being offered a thousand vacancies directed to magistrates, servers from the Justice System, the Penal System, the Support Network to People Egressed from the Penal System, to other interested professionals and to the civil society.
Those interested in participating in the event have until September 15th, 2021 to register.
With a class load of 5 hours, the following themes will be presented: Encouragement to the adoption of state and municipal mechanisms for employability and allocation of the labor force of pre-exiled and exiled people; Participation of the Civil Society in the Enforcement of the Penalty; The role of the Care Network for People Exiting the Penal System in the process of re-establishing social bonds; Social Office as a tool for the realization of rights.
