Registration open for the 5th Seminar on Public Policies for the Adequate Treatment of Conflicts and the 6th Meeting of the Judicial Centers for the Conflict Resolution (CEJUSCS)

The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) will hold, on October 8th, 2021, the V Seminar on Public Policies for Adequate Treatment of Conflicts and the VI Meeting of the Judicial Centers for Conflict Resolution (CEJUSCs). The Seminar aims to enable participants to exchange experiences that can contribute to the improvement and refinement of the activities developed, focused on conflict resolution, fostering self-composition and the use of its methods.

Those interested in participating in the event have until October 8TH, 2021 to register. A thousand vacancies will be available for Judges; male and female employees of  Cejuscs;  servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins; accredited conciliators working in Cejuscs and Special Courts; members and servers of the State Prosecution; members and servers of the Public Defender’s Office; pollice officers; lawyers; college professors and lecturers; notaries and registrars of the State of Tocantins; students and the community in general.

With a 5-hour duration, during the Seminar the following themes will be presented The Courts and the necessary systemic integration of consensual law; Article 334 of the Code of Civil Procedure and the challenges of the Culture of Peace; Stages of mediation and large enterprises: a concrete case; Family Constellation and Systemic Posture in consensual methods of conflict resolution; Autonomy, will and adoption of consensual means

Cesar Felipe Cury

Judge of the Court of Justice of the State of Rio de Janeiro. President of the Permanent Center for Consensual Methods of Conflict Resolution. Member of the Access to Justice Commission of the National Council of Justice (CNJ). Master and doctoral student in Law. Coordinator and professor of the School of the Judges of the State of Rio de Janeiro (EMERJ). President of the Permanent Forum and Coordinator of the Center of Studies and Research in Mediation of the School of the Judges of the State of Rio de Janeiro. Director of Consensual Methods of the Institute of Magistrates of Brazil (IMB) and of the Association of Brazilian Magistrates (AMB). Effective member of the Brazilian Institute of Social Security Law (IBDP). Member of the Board of Conciliation and Mediation and of the Innovation Council of the Brazilian Magistrates Association (AMB). Guest Professor at the Post-Graduation Lato Sensu of the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ – Civil Procedural Law). Member of the Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration Committee of the Institute of Brazilian Lawyers (IAB). Professor of Post-Graduation Lato Sensu at Estácio de Sá University (UNESA). Clarice Claudino da Silva

Professor at the Superior School of the Judges of Mato Grosso, in the subjects os Family Law, Succession Law and Notary Law. Among other duties, she was the substitute member of the Regional Electoral Court in the position of Law Judge, in the biennium 2005-2006. President of the Administrative Council of AMAM (2007-2009). Coordinator of the Community Justice Project (2007-2009). President of the State Commission of the Permanent Movement of the Permanent Movement for Conciliation (2007-2009 – 2009-2010. Author of the Project that created the Center for Conciliation and Family Mediation in the City of Cuiabá. In the biennium 2011-2013, she was elected vice president of Esmagis and nominated the president of the Permanent Center of Consensual Methods of Conflict Resolution. She holds a post-graduate degree in Civil Law and Civil Procedure, and an MBA in Judiciary Power.

 

Guilherme Ribeiro Baldan

Assistant Judge of the Presidency of the Court of Justice of the State of Rondônia, 2020-2021. Vice-Director of the School of the Judges of the State of Rondônia - Court of Justice of the State of Rondônia -, biennia 2016-2017 and 2018-2019. Magistrate since 1995. Auxiliary Judge of the General Internal Affairs of the State of Rondônia, 2010-2011 and 2012-2013. Professor at the School of the Judges of the State of Rondônia, since 2000. He has experience in the area of Law, with emphasis on Special Civil Courts. Master in Judicial Power, Getúlio Vargas Foundation, Rio de Janeiro. Doctor in Legal Sciences, from the University of Vale do Itajaí, Santa Catarina.

 

Fabio Rodrigues Lima

Justice Promoter of the State Prosecution of the State of São Paulo. Articulator of the Peace Culture Irradiator Pole of São José dos Campos, São Paulo. Coordinator of the Project about Drugs " Therapeutic District". Lecturer, professor and with training in different areas of Law and in several technologies of culture of peace, such as family constellation, essential movements, restorative justice, conflict mediation, non-violent communication, emotional intelligence, rebirth, drugs and chemical dependency, management of social projects, public policies and other complementary integrative practices.

 

Fernanda Tartuce Silva

Professor in the Masters Program of Paulista School of Law, where she also teaches and coordinates specialization courses. President of the Civil Procedure Commission of the Brazilian Institute of Family Law (IBDFAM). President of the Mediation Commission of the Brazilian Institute of Contractual Law (IBDCont). Vice-President of the Mediation Commission of the Brazilian Institute of Procedural Law (IBDP). Director of the Center for Advanced Studies on Proceedings (CEAPRO). Member of the São Paulo Lawyers Institute (IASP). Lawyer, mediator and author of legal publications.
