Justice Marco Villas Boas, General Director of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) and president of the Permanent College of Directors of Schools of the Judges (COPEDEM), gives a lecture on the morning of Tuesday (23rd), at the II World Congress: contemporary and interdisciplinary analysis of fundamental rights, which in this edition will address digital law, public policies and fundamental rights. The lecture will start at 12:40 pm, Brasília time.
Nearly 500 speakers from more than 20 countries will participate, from November 22nd to 29th, in this Congress, which aims to discuss the contemporary and interdisciplinary analysis of fundamental rights, especially under the focus of Digital Law and Public Policy. The event is organized by the Interdisciplinary School of Fundamental Rights Praeeminentia Iustitia and the Latin American and Caribbean Network of Law (REDALC).
Important international institutions are organizing the Congress, including Peru, Brazil, Italy, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Argentina, Nicaragua, and Paraguay.
