The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) began, on Tuesday afternoon (August 2nd), the first day of the Productivity Time Management WORKSHOP – Class III. The event was attended by public servers and magistrates from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins.
With an 8-hour class load and taught by the facilitator Marciléa Silva, the training aims to stimulate the adoption of procedures and routines that favor productivity in the execution of daily tasks, raising awareness about the improvement of the need for quality of life during the adjustments to the activities in telecommuting and the reduction of the workday to 6 hours.
On the first day, the following topics were discussed: Agenda/Time Planning; Anxiety and Daily Pressure for Results – how to manage; Time Management Methodology; Organization; Master List; Agenda; and Priorities.
The WORKSHOP will end this Thursday (August 4th).
