The first group of the "Social participation as a requirement for health maintenance" workshop discussed the relevance of the proactive activity in the constitution of the individual and collective being, as well as the relevance of spaces for coexistence and public action.
The event, held last Friday (May 6th), is an initiative of the Health Center of the Boar of Directors of People Management of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), in partnership with the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT).
The objective of the training is to provide the beneficiaries with greater behavioral skills that enable them to prevent diseases, improve their work environment and labor relations, enhancing their personal satisfaction, their sense of cooperation, respect, and identity with their work.
With a workload of 7 hours, the event will take place in the District of Colinas. For Class II of the Workshop, the schedule of activities continues through May 12th, 2022.
With Adriana Magna Sousa da Silva Ramalho as the facilitator, the event offered 35 vacancies for magistrates and permanent and commissioned employees of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, assigned employees, and volunteer employees duly assigned to the Personnel Management Board of the Court, in the City of Colinas.
Health Care Project
The Health Care Project (PAS) is a proposal of the Manager Committee of the Integral Health Care Policy for Magistrates and Servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins and meets Resolution No. 207 of the National Council of Justice (CNJ), 2015.
The Project focuses on the adoption of preventive attitudes for the maintenance of health and the strengthening of the social bases referring to the work environment, expanding the commitment to citizenship, encouraging the improvement of interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships, presenting its beneficiaries as holders of capabilities to contribute to the development of their work, as people capable of evaluating and changing, when necessary, their objective work conditions.
