Promoted by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), “The use of mediation in land conflicts” event will be held remotely, on September 12th, and it will open at 8 am.
Two hundred vacancies are being made available for students of the Environmental Mediation course, accredited conciliators and mediators, and Cejuscs’ servers.
The training, with a workload of 3 hours, aims to foster the exchange of knowledge and experiences about the new procedure of the landholding regularization (Law number 13, 465 of 2017), with a view to the development of solutions for the mediation of the environmental and land conflicts existing in the State of Tocantins, in addition to the resolution of legal claims that deal with the topics.
The event will be attended by Dr. Océlio Nobre da Silva, coordinator of the Center for Land Regularization and Prevention (NUPREF), and Ms. Lorenna Alves de Sousa, advisor for Land Regularization at the Center for Land Regularization and Prevention (NUPREF).
