Aiming to instruct notaries and registars on measures that must be adopted to adapt notaries to the General Law of Personal Data Protection (LGPD), with the presentation of useful indicatives and measures presented by all specialties, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) opens registration for the General Law of Extrajudicial Data Protection. The event will take place on March 29th, in the Distance Learning modality, through the Esmat’s Page on YOUTUBE.
Registration begins on Tuesday (March 15th) and continues until March 29th. One thousand vacancies are being offered to notaries and registrars, holders or delegates of notarial and registry services in the State of Tocantins and their employees; Judges, employees and the community in general.
With a class load of 3 hours, the lecture THE IMPACTS OF THE GENERAL LAW ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION (LGPD) ON THE JUDICIAL COMMUNITY will be given by the Judge Denise de Souza Luiz Francoski, from the Court of Justice of the State of Santa Catarina (SC).
