Stj promotes the seminar on "The treatment of over-indebted consumers in light of the law no. 14.181, of 2021: from the legislative trajectory to its effectiveness

Registrations are now open for the seminar on "The treatment of over-indebted consumers in light of the Law No. 14.181, 2021: from the legislative trajectory to its effectiveness". The event will be held on November 30th, starting at 9:00 a.m., in a hybrid manner, being held in person at the External Auditorium of STJ and with live broadcast on the Official Channel on YOUTUBE.

The action is promoted by the Superior Court of Justice (STJ) and aims to stimulate reflection and improvement of the new procedures brought by the Law No. 14.181, of 2021, by sharing experiences and existing projects, in addition to promoting the debate about some sensitive issues of the new legislation.

Under the general coordination of Justice Marco Buzzi and the scientific coordination by Professor Doctor Cláudia Lima Marques (UFRGS); Professor Doctor Juliana Loss de Andrade (FGV); and Professor Anderson Schreiber (UERJ), the event is aimed at Judges, Prosecutors, Public Defenders, civil servers, mediators, lawyers, students, and the general public.
