Workshop promotes understanding about administrative processes

The Workshop on Deadlines and Acts in the Administrative Process, held on the morning of Wednesday (14th), promoted for the servers and magistrates of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins understanding about the rules and contours of the administrative processes involving the courts.

Taught by Juliana de Almeida Picinin, adviser to the President of the Court of Justice of the State of Minas Gerais, the event was developed remotely, using the Google Meet Platform.

With a workload of 5 hours, themes related to concepts, classifications, contemporary biases, normative and principled foundations of administrative processes, as well as hypotheses, reasonable duration, and consequences of procedural deadlines were addressed.

The facilitator highlighted the administrative processes of a disciplinary nature, of a punitive-contractual nature, and of accountability.
