Magistrates and servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins participated, on Tuesday (13th), in the Workshop on Citation, Summons, and Deadlines in CPC-2015. Promoted by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), the training took place virtually, through the Google Meet Platform.
The Event was given by the facilitator Flávio Barbosa Quinaud Pedron, Who presented general notions about the rules and procedures related to civil suits in Brazilian Law.
The 5-hour workshop also discussed citation, summons, deadlines, and procedural business.
