On Tuesday (September 30th), employees and trainees from the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins participated in the course on Automated Locomotion in Eproc – 2025 – 1st Degree. Held in the auditorium of the Tocantins School of Magistrates (Esmat), the content was led by facilitator Celma Barbosa Pereira, a specialist and employee of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), with experience in the implementation and legal-technical support of the Electronic Judicial Process (Eproc).
For Amanda Coêlho, an employee of the Unified Civil Court Secretariat, the training was an opportunity for applied learning. “The course was very productive, with clear and objective explanations from Celma. We had the opportunity to ask questions and follow practical examples. It will certainly contribute to my performance when automated locomotion is implemented in the Eproc system,” she said.
With duration of four hours, the training covered, in a practical way, the main flows and functionalities of the warrant management tool in the Eproc system. The aim was to strengthen the technical competence of participants in correctly linking travel expenses to warrants, in accordance with the Joint Ordinance No. 13/2024, which regulates the automation of these expenses, and the Joint Ordinance No. 11/2022, which deals with Automated Warrant Centers.
New class
Initially planned to take place in a hybrid format, with live streaming to rural districts, the course was held exclusively in person due to technical instability in the internet connection. Those registered from other districts will receive a new date for participation in another class by email.
