On August 12th and 13th, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) will hold the course on “Analysis, preparation and adjustments to the cost and price formation spreadsheets of the exclusive labor services contracts of the TJTO”.
The activity, aimed at civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins, will take place in person at Esmat, with the aim of training participants in the correct planning, preparation and inspection of contracts for continuous services, with a focus on the technical structuring of cost spreadsheets, price formation, preparation of contracting documents and application of good practices guided by the Law No. 14.133, of 2021, and by control bodies.
Registrations will take place from July 15th to August 5th, as indicated by the respective managers. A total of 35 places will be available, distributed between administrative units and technical areas that work with contracts and contract management.
The training will be conducted by facilitator Flaviana Vieira Paim, an accountant, lawyer and specialist in tenders and contracts, with teaching experience and academic production in the area of Public Procurement and Outsourcing.
Registered civil servers must have individual computers with Excel version 2016 or higher to carry out the practical exercises.
