The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) will hold, in the period from June 6th to July 13th, the course on "Introductory Notions on the Protocol for Special Testimony in Family Actions".
With a total workload of 36 hours, the training, developed in a virtual way, aims to present fundamental notions about the rite of special testimony in family actions, qualifying magistrates, servers of judicial units with competence in the area, members of the Working Group for implementation of the protocol in the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), as well as servers with training in Pedagogy, Psychology, Social Service and trainees of the Management Group of Multidisciplinary Teams (GGEM).
Registrations occur by nomination as listed in the specific SEI Process. In total, 110 places are being made available.
