Course On Management By Competence Comes To An End

After two days of face-to-face activities, the People Management by Competence course ended on Friday (May 23rd). Aimed at civil servers from the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins, the course lasted 16 hours and it was led by Professor Gottardo Celso Ferreira Dias.

Developed by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), the aim was to train participants to conduct competency mapping and workforce sizing processes in the units of the Court of Justice. Justice Ângela Prudente attended the opening ceremony.
