
Servers who work in the Communication of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins and managers of the Court of Justice (TJTO) participate in two days of training on the use of Artificial Intelligence at the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat).
Focusing on innovation, the course brings technological tools that contribute to productivity and service excellence. "Artificial intelligence should be seen as an ally of the server, especially in the area of Communication. Thus, the course is being a great training opportunity for all of us who work with the objective of improving more and more the communication of the Judiciary with the population," said Paula Bittencourt, Director of Communication at TJTO.
Held on May 5th and 6th, the course on “Technology, Productivity and Creativity in Communication Management” has the consultancy of Kharina de Farias Cunha, author of the first Brazilian playbook on AI for business. "The use of Artificial Intelligence has a direct link with productivity and saving time and cost. Whoever masters their work and incorporates AI becomes unbeatable," said the speaker.
Participating in the training, Journalist Yvana Felisbela Alves pointed out the practical usefulness of the content learned in the classroom. "I already used ChatGPT for several functions, but here I discovered new commands that will improve my assignments."
For Carlos Henrique Drumond, managing director of the TJTO, the creation of robot agents represents the main gain. "These virtual assistants will perform repetitive tasks and bring more efficiency to the services of the Court," he assessed.
With thirty-five vacancies, the course has a workload of 16 hours and it was divided into eight modules: how to improve productivity and eliminate distractions; strategic planning for institutional communication; how to use technology to create and manage projects; creativity and innovation in institutional communication; and digital communication strategies and institutional marketing; technological tools to create and automate content; data analysis and monitoring of results; and communication planning for the next ninety days.
