The Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), through the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), began the Initial Training Course for New Civil Servers on Monday (April 28th) until April 30th. The training, held at Esmat, aims to welcome and train newly appointed civil servers, strengthening their ethical, technical and institutional alignment with the mission of the Judiciary. A total of 22 new civil servers will be sworn in, with 12 judicial administrative technicians and 1 IT technician taking part in the induction.
The training, conducted by civil servers and specialists from the TJTO itself, aims to facilitate the integration of new employees into the organizational culture and improve the efficiency of the services provided. The welcoming ceremony was hosted by Francisco Alves Cardoso Filho, the general director of the TJTO, and Juliana Alencar Wolney Aires Campos, the general director legal advisory coordinator.
In his speech, Francisco Alves Cardoso Filho highlighted the mission of the new civil servers. “Each one of you assumes the role of agent transforming reality, responsible for guaranteeing access to rights, promoting citizenship and strengthening democratic institutions, always serving the common good with responsibility, respect for the law and the principles of public administration,” he said.
About the course
With a class load of 24 hours, the course offers content focused on ethics in public administration, health of workers, rights and benefits of civil servers, sustainability, accessibility and training in the main systems used by the Judiciary, such as SEI, SEEU and Eproc. The programming also includes the collective tenure of the new civil servers and a guided tour of the facilities of the Court and the General Internal Affairs of Justice. At the end, participants who meet the attendance requirements will receive a certificate of completion.
