
Registrations for the course on Humanizing Care for LGBTQIAPN+ People: Challenges for the Judiciary ends on Tuesday (April 8th). The training will take place between April 25th and May 19th, in distance learning mode, with the aim of training magistrates and civil servers of the Judiciary to offer a humanized, inclusive and sensitive service to the specificities of the LGBTQIAPN+ population.
Promoting respect for diversity, equity in access to justice and the guarantee of rights, the course will cover differences and inequalities, the history of the struggles in defense of sexual and gender diversity, an overview of the LGBTI+ rights, as well as practices of respect for diversity in the Judiciary.
The training is coordinated by Judge Rosa Maria Rodrigues Gazire Rossi and it will be given by facilitator Bruna Andrade Irineu, who has a PhD in Social Work and is the author of books such as “In the plots of the LGBT public policies: a critical study of the Brazilian experience”, and “Sexual and gender diversity and Marxism”.
