
The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) has opened registrations for the course on “The Importance of the Correct Use of the Unified Procedural Tables (TPU/CNJ) and General Guidelines on the National Database of the Judiciary (DataJud)”, aimed at magistrates and civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins, and conciliators and mediators accredited at Nupemec.
The course will take place remotely from April 22nd to 25th, according to the activity schedule. Aimed at improving knowledge of the procedural tables used in the Judiciary, which are essential for standardizing and qualifying the sending of data to the DataJud system, the training will be given by Professor Kellen Cleya dos Santos Madalena Stakoviak and coordinated by Judge Gisele Pereira de Assunção Veronezi.
Target audience and date for realization
- Class I: Magistrates and servers – Competencies: Civil, Family and Succession, Special Court for Children and Youth - held on April 22nd.
- Class II: Magistrates and servers – Competencies: Treasury and Public Records, Health, Tax Enforcement, Bankruptcy, Judicial Recovery, Judgment 4.0 Social Security - held on April 23rd.
- Class III: Magistrates and servers – Competencies: Criminal, Domestic Violence Against Women - held on April 24th.
- Class IV: Magistrates, servers and conciliators/mediators accredited at Nupemec - Competencies: Special Civil and Criminal Courts, Public Finance Courts, Courts of Appeals, Cejuscs - held on April 25th.
