
After the activities in the districts of Gurupi and Porto Nacional, it was the turn of the District Court of Araguaína to begin the Training for Exhibitors of the Workshop on Parenting and Divorce on Wednesday (March 19th). The training, which will run until October 31st, is taught by professors Lorena da Cruz Neves Pimenta Gutierrez and Wilvilândia Dalvino de Alencar Moura.
The theoretical stage of the training, which was attended by Judge Deusamar Alves Bezerra, coordinator of the Judicial Center for Conflict Resolution and Citizenship of the district (Cejusc), is based on the Booklet of the Instructor of the National Council of Justice (CNJ) and covers essential topics for responsible parenting and the peaceful resolution of family conflicts, such as:
- Introduction to responsible parenting - Reflection on the role of parents and the importance of active involvement in the lives of their children.
- Effective communication - Strategies for improving dialog between parents and children, including active listening, expressing feelings and resolving conflicts.
- Setting limits and positive discipline - Guidance on how to establish clear rules, impose appropriate consequences and promote positive behavior.
- Child development - Understanding of the different stages of child development and strategies for meeting physical, emotional and cognitive needs of children.
Coordinated by Judge Silvana Maria Parfieniuk, the 40-hour course aims to strengthen the culture of peace within the judiciary, helping parents and guardians to deal with parenting in a more conscious and humanized way.
