On March 13th and 14th, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) held the course on SECI - Palmas: Compliance with the Procedures of the 7th Civil Court, with the aim of promoting knowledge about the standardization and compliance of the proceedings of this court, as well as the use of the tools available in the eproc system.
Lasting 4 hours, the two training classes were taught by facilitator Lilian Carvalho Lopes, who holds a master's degree in Judicial Provision and Human Rights from UFT/Esmat and is a 1st instance legal advisor at the 7th Civil Court of the city of Palmas.
The activities followed an expository methodology, which combined the theoretical part and the contextualization of the content with the practical part, addressing topics such as requests for homologation of agreements and termination of procedures, special curatorship, among others.
