
On March 13th and 14th, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) will hold a course on Digital Evidence in Criminal Procedure. Registrations, for magistrates and civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins who work preferably in the Criminal Courts and Chambers, are open until February 25th and they can be done through the following channels clicking here.
The training, coordinated by Justice Angela Issa Haonat, aims to promote an understanding of the legal nature of digital evidence, its specific characteristics, methods of obtaining and preserving it, as well as the legal and technological challenges involved.
Maria Jamile José, who holds a master's degree in procedural law and specializes in economic criminal law, will lead the activities.
Places that are not filled by the target audience described in the item 2.1.1 may be allocated to the target audience described in the item 2.1.2 according to requests sent to the Course Coordination by e-mail
