The course on “Discovering myself with the Enneagram - Class II” began its second stage on Monday morning (September 23rd), at the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), and it will conclude tomorrow (September 24th).
Taught by facilitator André Barreto Prudente, the course aims to help the civil servers of the Support Center for the Courts (Nacom) in the process of self-knowledge, by understanding their patterns of functioning and how they influence their relationship with work.
The second stage, which lasts 16 hours, focuses on “The experience of Being in Essence and in the healthy levels of functioning of consciousness”, addressing the nature of internal and external conflicts, the ways to reconcile them, transformative dialog and the communication of genuine needs, among other topics.
