The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) will promote, from October 7th to 29th, the course on "Taxation of Precatories and Small Value Bonds". The training, which will be developed at a distance, focuses on the qualification of magistrates, clerks, judicial technicians and first degree advisors. The activities will be taught by Justice Luís Paulo Aliende Ribeiro, of the Court of Justice of the State of São Paulo, and by Judge of Law Bruno Lacerda Bezerra Fernandes, of the TJRN.
With a class load of 30 hours, the course will address key aspects to ensure efficiency, uniformity and legal certainty in court proceedings involving judgments and small-value obligations. Registrations will be open from September 10th to 27th and they can be made by the Virtual Academic Secretariat of the School (SAV).
The course will provide the registered with the knowledge necessary to correctly and efficiently interpret and apply the legal and tax rules regarding the precatories and small value bonds, in accordance with recent legislative changes and best practices of the Judiciary, ensuring efficiency, uniformity and legal certainty in judicial proceedings.
