The course on "Revision, readjustment and renegotiation with an applied focus on contracts for purchases, services and engineering works" had its first class on Thursday (June 20th). The training, aimed at civil servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, is taking place in person at the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) and it continues until June 21st.
Taught by facilitator Ricardo Alexandre Sampaio, the first meeting focused on the supervision of contracts for engineering works and services, in accordance with the Law 14.133 of 2021. During the class, topics were covered such as renegotiation, readjustment, revision and contractual rebalancing, bidding modalities, public agents as inspectors, competencies of managers and inspectors, the role of legal advisory and internal control, undue fractioning, prevention of fraudulent practices in judging bids, and procedures for contractual changes and errors in the project.
