The course on Discovering Myself with the Enneagram, aimed at the civil servers of the General Internal Affairs of Justice, had its first meeting at the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), in the city of Palmas, on Monday (June 17th). With a workload of 48 hours, the training is divided into three modules and continues until July 31st, in person.
The first and second parts of the course are taught by facilitator André Prudente, who, in his comments, highlighted the difference the class makes. "Although this module is the same as the course I took in the other classes, you can see that this class came with an extra expectation, which is not simply to get to know yourself through the Enneagram, but it's as if it were a responsibility to get to know yourself and be able to take that knowledge into your management and leadership process," he said.
For civil server Carolyne Mendonça Romanholo, the course adds to both her professional and personal life. "It's a course in which we can identify our main characteristics and essences and, with this, learn to deal with the characteristic and essence of the other person, to know how to add and try to understand the other person in a more passable, calmer way," she said.
The training aims to develop perception of the participants of their potential and limits, which helps them to relate better to themselves, to other people and to life, as it is a system of integrated knowledge about the Being and its manifestation in existence.
Schedule of the activities
Classes take place from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on the following days:
June 17th and 18th of 2024 (Module I)
July 15th and 16th of 2024 (Module II)
July 30th and 31st of 2024 (Module III)
