Graphic And Visual Facilitation Course Starts On Monday (October 30th)

On Monday (October 30th), Graphic Facilitator Rafael da Silva Rodrigues, known as Sidan, gave the first class in graphic and visual facilitation for redesigning public services. Developed by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), the course was attended by magistrates and civil servers working in management positions at the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) directly linked to the Innovation Management Policy within the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins.

The aim of the training is to improve the judicial and administrative activities of the Judiciary through graphic and visual facilitation in the process of redesigning public services, resulting in more efficient solutions centered on the communication of users of the justice system, as well as their internal communication structures.

The course will cover not only the importance of innovation, but it will also provide practical tools for building an organizational culture that encourages creativity, collaboration and the continuous search for efficient solutions in line with the demands of society. The activities continue until Wednesday (October 31st), in person, at Esmat.
