The Basic Course on Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) is drawing to a close. Until tomorrow, October 25th, students will be able to hand in the assessment activities proposed by teacher Cristiane Menezes Santos Barreto. In a statement, Jocimeire Araújo Fava, a judicial technician from the 1st Civil Court in the District of Guaraí, expressed her happiness at taking part in the training.
"It was a rewarding and unique experience, as the course exceeded my expectations. I feel that, in the emotional sphere, I have achieved significant personal growth that I will be able to apply in life. The Basic Neurolinguistic Programming Course gave us tools to identify and modify many types of unwanted behavior and mechanisms to overcome negative habits, such as phobias and even addictions. I left the course feeling very fulfilled and motivated to apply the techniques listed in the conflict resolution," she said.
Maria Celma Louzeiro Tiago, Judge of the Civil Court of the District of Paraíso, highlighted the importance of the course in helping with mediations and conciliations within the scope of the Cejuscs.
"The Neurolinguistic Programming course was an excellent opportunity provided by Esmat to train and learn more about effective communication techniques, with a view for helping with mediations and conciliations in the Cejuscs. It was also an excellent opportunity for self-knowledge and practical application, not only in our work, but also in our personal lives," she said.
Developed by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), the course, which began on September 27th, aimed to apply knowledge, skills and attitudes inherent to the Practitioner level in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, through its concepts and tools, in order to positively influence the quality of life of the participants, promoting the ability to achieve professional and personal success.
