Fourth Class Of The Preparatory Course For Teleworking Begins

The fourth class of the preparatory course for teleworking began on Monday (October 23rd) with the first meeting on the Google Meet platform. With a class load of 20 hours, the training is aimed at permanent, commissioned and assigned civil servers and magistrates of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, and continues until next Monday (October 30th).

The course was designed to guide and train civil servers and magistrates to carry out work activities outside the physical premises of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, in a so-called teleworking regime, in the form of the Resolution No. 20, of June 24th, 2020.

This first meeting discussed the themes and context of teleworking, productivity in teleworking, and the challenges of managing teleworking.

Facilitator of the day

Mauro Saraiva holds a Master's degree in Public Administration from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation/EBAPE, where he carried out his dissertation research on the study about "Teleworking in the Brazilian Judiciary: gains for courts and society? The experiences of the States of Santa Catarina and Amazonas".
