Course On The Theory And Practice Of Judicial Precedents In Brazil Concludes Successfully

The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) successfully concluded the Theory and Practice of Judicial Precedents in Brazil course on Tuesday (September 5th). The training, aimed at magistrates and civil servers from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, began on Monday (September 4th) and it was held in person, lasting 16 hours.

With a total of 60 participants, the aim of the course was to deepen the theoretical and practical study of the model of precedents strengthened by the Code of Civil Procedure of 2015, as well as to relate the activities resulting from this model to the rationalization of judgments, definitiveness and efficiency gains in judicial activity.
