The Workshop on Competency Mapping and Workforce Sizing is coming to an end, with the eighth and last class taking place this Monday (June 26th) and tomorrow (June 27th). After seven successful classes, the event is being taught in person at the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) computer lab by the facilitator Cezar Romeu de Almeida Quaresma.
The main objective of the workshop is to identify and map the specific competencies of each administrative and judicial unit, both in the first and second level. This strategic action aims to boost the Project on People Management by Competences, with a view to improving the efficiency and performance of the Judiciary.
During the training sessions, the participants had the opportunity to deepen their knowledge about the importance of competence mapping and its direct relationship with the effective management of the workforce.
