The face-to-face meetings of the second group of the Emotional Intelligence - Emotion Management course began on Tuesday (June 13th). The training, taught by the facilitator Rudiney Moreira, is aimed at servers and magistrates of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, with the goal of guiding and training participants in the development of resources to deal more effectively and consistently with their emotions and feelings in the workplace.
On this first day of activities, the focus will be on the content of Module I, which will address the construction of greater emotional intelligence. The participants will be oriented to acquire security to deal with daily challenges and assume the responsibilities inherent to their functions, besides developing the capacity to manage the changes caused by the pandemic.
The initiative aims to strengthen the personal and professional development of servers and magistrates, contributing to a more balanced and efficient judiciary that can face challenges with greater success and well-being. The course, which will take place at the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), will have a total workload of 19 hours, and it will be held throughout this month, until June 30th.
