Registrations for the course Self-Knowledge at Work, promoted by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), are now open. Aimed at magistrates and public servers, the training aims to help participants in the process of understanding their functioning patterns in the workplace, as well as the influence of these patterns on their relationships with colleagues and collaborators.
The course will be divided into two classes: Class I, which will take place from August 15th to October 20th, 2023, while Class II will be held from August 17th to October 25th, 2023. With a total workload of 40 hours, the course will be given in person at Esmat.
Stay tuned! Students who have already participated in the Self-Knowledge and Enneagram course in Classes I, II, III or IV will not be able to register again. Nufam will monitor the pre-registration to ensure compliance with this rule, cancelling registrations in disagreement with the Notice.
The priority target audience is the Judges and public servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins. However, if there are vacancies not filled by this public, they may be opened to other interested parties, according to requests forwarded to the Course Coordination via e-mail
Attention! It is important to point out that if you have registered for the "Self-Knowledge at Work" Course that was launched in February this year, you need to register again for this edition.
