The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) started this Friday (5th) the course of Practice of Elaboration of a Preliminary Study, Document of Officialization of Demand, Term of Reference, based on the new Bidding Law No. 14.133/2021. The training aims to guide and qualify the servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins in adapting the bidding and contractual mechanisms to current requirements.
With a 30-hour class load and hybrid mode, the course will run until May 25th, 2023. The first class took place live on Thursday (5th), with the syllabus presenting the introduction, Law number 14.133/2021, TJ-TO Normative Instruction No. 4 - PRESIDENCY/ASPRE, concepts, applicability, and contracting phases.
