This Thursday (April 27th), the second stage of the course on Elaboration of Draft Amendments occurs. Taught by professor Dulce Dias Ribeiro Pontes, the first class has as its theme the "Perfect Menu". The expectation is that participants will leave the course with a deep and practical knowledge of how to prepare drafts of summaries in a standardized and clear way, contributing to the improvement of the system of binding precedents.
The course aims to train those registered in the preparation of drafts of jurisprudential summaries in a standardized, clear and precise manner, highlighting their function and importance in the system of binding precedents.
With a class load of 40 hours, the training is aimed at legal advisors who work in the preparation of drafts and/or court decisions at the Court of Justice. The content covers the valorization of jurisprudence and its reflexes on the elaboration of jurisprudential summaries, the difficulties found in accessing the data banks of the jurisprudential of the courts, the process of summarizing the judgment for documentary and jurisprudential purposes - "documentary condensation", the summary and the method for standardizing the elaboration of summaries.
