With the proposal to train legal advisers, legal analysts, servers with degrees in Law linked to the Justice Court of Tocantins and / or for members and servers of partner bodies, graduates in Law in the legal community, lawyers, legal advisers to magistrates from other states, to understand the problems faced about supplementary health in Brazil and to find new solutions to solve the lawsuits related to the judicialization of health, the School of Judges of Tocantins launches the registrations for the II Class of the Complementary Health – Challenges and Solutions course.
Registration will take place between June 2nd and 15th, and 120 vacancies will be offered, 40 of which will be for legal advisers, legal analysts, civil servers, residents and ceded law bachelors linked to the Justice Court of Tocantins; 20 to legal advisers to magistrates from other states, 20 to members and servers of partner agencies; 20 to bachelors in Law fro the legal community; and 20 vacancies for lawyers. Classes will take place from June 25th to August 25th, 2020.
The course will be divided into eight modules – virtual rooms – in which video classes, texts for reading, forums for discussions with the participation of tutors will be available, motivating and guiding students, promoting the appropriate feedbacks and discursive evaluation, objective questions and continuous evaluation. The course will be accompanied by three tutors, who will carry out their duties as described in the schedule: 4 adaptation hours; 18 class hours for video classes; 36 class hours for interactive and evaluative activities; and 2 class hours for reaction evaluation.

Ana Carolina Maia – Doctor and Master in Economic Theory, UFMG. Marcos Paulo Novais Silva – Master in Applied Economics, Federal University of Juiz de Fora. Daniel Junqueira de Souza Tostes – Federal Attorney, he is currently the General Attorney of the National Supplementary Health Agency. Clenio Jair Schulze – Doctor and Master in Legal Science, from Univali. Cesar Felipe Cury – Judge TJRJ. Master and PhD student in Law. Arnaldo Hossepian Salles Lima Junior – Attorney of the State Prosecution of São Paulo. Natalia Pires de Vasconcelos – PhD and Master in Constitutional Law.
