With the objective of applying, in the daily life of organizations preventive strategies and techniques of people management to the improvement of interpersonal relationships in the workplace, the School of Judges of Tocantins will carry out, in the period from August 6th to 31st 2020, the course Conflict Management in Organizations and Interpersonal Relations in the Workplace.
Taught by the teachers Erisevelton Silva and Fábio Penezi, the course will be conducted in the form of distance learning, via Virtual Learning Environment of the School (AVA), which will enable interactivity between students and teachers through forums and chats, as well as access to video classes, didactic material, links and other tools that will assist in the teaching-learning process. In total, three modules will be offered, with the themes: Getting to Know You; The Other, We – the Group -; Group Dynamics and Ethics at Work.
The course has 80 vacancies, 40 for magistrates and 40 for servers, all from the Judiciary Branch of Tocantins. Those interested in this course will have until July 24th to register.

Erisevelton Silva Lima – Pedagogue. Doctor in Education with emphasis on Evaluation, from the University of Brasília (UNB). Master in Education in the area of Educational Policy and Administration, UNB. Areas of interest: Assessment, Teacher Training, Teacher Training for Teachers and Curriculum.
Fábio Penezi Póvoa– Bachelor on Law, from Teaching Foundation Eurípedes Soares da Rocha, Marília-SP. Specialist in the Law of Children and Adolescents, from the Federal University of Pará and the School of Judges of the State of Pará. Professor in the Initial Training Courses for Judges of School of Judges of the State of Pará, in the Judicial Activity Administration discipline.
