Registrations for the Contemporary Civil Procedure course are open until August 3rd, 2022. Held by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), the training will be developed remotely through the GOOGLE MEET platform and Esmat’s Virtual Learning Environment (VLE).
With a total classload of 60 hours, the course will take place from August 8th to October 24th, 2022, and it will be given by the facilitator Marcelo Bezerra Ribeiro. There are 90 vacancies available for magistrates and servers from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins.
The training aims to provide the improvement and review of the subject, focusing on the theoretical and practical bases of the Code of Civil Procedure, and jurisprudential analysis of the higher courts.
