Servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins participate in a conversation round: "Caring for those who care"

Continuing the cycle of lectures and discussions about the mental health of servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, this time of professionals who work in the care of other servers, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) in partnership with the Center for Reception and Psychosocial Monitoring (NAPsi) of the Court of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) held on Thursday (17th), the round of conversation: "Caring for those who care", aiming to draw the attention of male and female servers, magistrates, the society in general and the Institutions for the necessary and urgent care as to psycho-emotional health, in order to prevent the increase of psychic illnesses, in the scope of work. Due to the health restrictions of the pandemic, the event was held with a limited audience.

Taught by the Doctor Professor Rodolfo Petrelli with mediation by the psychiatrist Wordney Carvalho Camarço, the event brought to the debate themes such as responsibility, citizenship, time management, militancy, protagonism, and leadership, but also current issues that cause mental exhaustion, fatigue, and sickness. "The dominant mind today is a divided mind. And if the mind is divided, everything is divided, even the world," he stated.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), in recent years mental illness has seen a considerable increase, and in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic there is a cause for a greater concern. Studies signal that the pandemic has directly impacted the social and psychological lives of the population, which demonstrates the need to join forces and develop public and private strategies to protect, strengthen, and promote people's mental health.
