Registrations are open for the Workshop on Procedural Movement in the Eproc System for Civil Courts

Aiming to promote the knowledge of Procedural Movements in the Eproc system for the Civil Courts, in compliance with the Unified Procedural Tables of the Judiciary, in order to observe the official statistical reports of the National Council of Justice (National Goals, Justice in Numbers, Monthly Productivity Module and DataJud), the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins opens registration for the Workshop on Procedural Movements in the Eproc system for the Civil Courts. Registration runs until February 23rd, and the Workshop takes place between February 23rd and 24th.

With a class load of 4 hours, 100 places are being offered, and the classes will take place in the Distance Learning modality, through the Google Meet Platform. Aimed at magistrates, servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins who work primarily in Civil Courts, the Workshop will address issues such as: Procedural Movements in the Eproc System for the Civil Courts; Process properly filed;. Receipt of initial petition; Anticipation of tutelage and injunctions; Hearings (types and situations); Judgments handed down in hearings, among others.

About the professor

Kellen Cleya dos S. Madalena Stakoviak

Master's Degree in Judicial Provision and Human Rights from the Federal University of Tocantins, 2015. Post-Graduate Degree in Public Administration with emphasis on Judicial Administration from the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins, 2014. Postgraduate in Tax Law, from the University of the State of Tocantins (UNITINS), 2009. Graduated in Law from the Federal University of the State of Tocantins, 2007. She currently works as a legal advisor of the 1st Instance in the Parameterization Center in the Judiciary Board of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins.
