For the first time, the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins publishes a printed version, in simple language, of the activity report. Presented at the opening of the Judicial Year, this Monday (Feb 2nd), the illustration shows the main actions carried out in 2025 by the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), by the General Internal Affairs of Justice (CGJUS), by the Ombudsman for Women and the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT).
With the use of visual facilitation resources (Visual Law), the summary of the actions and the main results of the year are compiled on a single page, through the use of illustrations and small explanatory texts. In compliance with the principle of data transparency, the version provides image codes (QRCode) that give access to complete reports in digital format.
According to the Directorate of the Social Communication Center (Cecom) of the TJTO, responsible for editing reports from information provided by department, the publication in simple and visual language is part of a project that aims to facilitate the understanding of the population about the work developed by the Judiciary and simplify communication with society.
Sustainability
Every year, the organs of the Judiciary shall publish the activity report and, biannually, the management report. Since 2023, the annual report has been made available ONLINE and, in November of 2025, a determination of the Presidency of the TJTO - in line with the Management Commission of the Sustainable Logistics Plan - established that management reports will also be produced in a digital environment to avoid printing. The goal is that each report is made and available with 100% use of virtual environment, with dynamic navigation and accessible to all content.
